Nestled on the east side of Ocean Isle Beach's 4th street, this contemporary abode offers a leisurely stroll to the beach and a tranquil escape on the island's quieter side. Immerse yourself in the island's natural beauty from two expansive back decks, perfect for birdwatching or simply relishing the serenity of coastal living.
Ground Level:
Ample space for six vehicles in the parking area
Refreshing outdoor shower
Private pool for a dip in the sun
Putting green for a bit of golfing fun
Convenient outside electric receptacle
An extra living area with a TV, comfortable seating, a mini fridge, and a charming bistro table
First Floor:
Spacious living room with a TV and access to a full deck
Waterway-side bedroom featuring two Full-size bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower
Beach-side bedroom with a King bed, complete with a ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom boasting a tub and shower
A conveniently located washer and dryer in the hall, along with a common half bathroom
Another beach-side bedroom with a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower
Second Floor:
A welcoming living room adorned with a TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, and a fully-equipped kitchen (Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!)
A dining area that beckons for shared meals and memories

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.
NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise
Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*
In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $220 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
