  • How do I book a home?

    You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at (910) 408-5010 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.

  • Is booking online secure?

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  • Can I bring my pet with me?

    We offer several homes, some of which allow dogs only and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows dogs. Or you can call our office at (910) 408-5010 and we would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your dog(s).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations more than 60 days before your check in date will be refunded, minus the processing fee. Any cancellations within 60 days of your check in date will not receive a refund. We strongly suggest all renters purchase the CSA or Rental Guardian trip insurance. Some even offer cancel for any reason insurance.

  • What happens if there is a storm and hurricane and the city or town closes the island to renters?

    We do not issues refunds in hurricane or storm related closures or damages. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing trip or cancelation insurance through a third party who may issue refunds for hurricane, tropical storms, etc.. There are other policies these companies also sell which will allow you to cancel for any reason or even no reason at all.

  • What should I bring?

    We suggest bringing paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, bar soap, shampoo, laundry detergent (if your unit has a washer/dryer), hair dryers, food wrap, seasonings, board games, books, sun screen, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, personal items, etc. Some units may have a few of these items, but it is not guaranteed. Kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, and small appliances are provided according to the homeowner’s discretion.

  • Do you provide linens?

    Linens are included for all properties from Memorial Day to Labor day at no extra cost. This includes bed sheets, pillow cases, and bath towels. Outside of peak season, linen and towel rental is optional for an additional fee.

  • Can I get a late check out? Can I check in before 4:00?

    As a general rule, we do not allow late check outs or early check ins. This allows our cleaners the time they need to do a thorough job, as well as our maintenance team to address any issues.

  • What is your payment policy?

    25% is due at time of reservation, the remainder is due 60 days before your reservation date. If your check in date is less than 60 days from the time you make your reservation, the full payment is due at booking.
