The open floor plan downstairs will afford you breathtaking ocean views from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The spacious living room accounts for seating for everyone comfortably around a large flat screen Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. There's also plenty of seating around the dining room and kitchen island to enjoy home cooked meals from the beautiful updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Also on this floor, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and two good sized bedrooms, both with King beds, Smart TV's and full bathrooms.

Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms each with a Smart TV, and 3 full bathrooms. One with a Queen, two more with a King and the fourth with two bunk beds, a Twin-under-Twin and a Full-under-Twin, perfect for kids!

After a sun filled day at the beach, walk up to the house and rinse off in the outdoor shower before jumping into the refreshing crystal blue pool. There is a storage shed below with beach chairs and pool toys, as well as a charcoal grill for your use!
